These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Innovation Training and Staffing Agency ("ITASA," "we," "us," or "our") website located at itsa-health.polsia.app and your enrollment in ITASA's nursing education, NCLEX preparation, continuing education, and workforce development programs. By accessing our website, submitting a registration form, or paying for or attending a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or enroll in our programs.
Our programs are intended for adult learners — practicing nurses, nursing students preparing for licensure, healthcare professionals seeking continuing education, and healthcare organizations contracting for workforce training. By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide (name, contact details, professional background) is accurate and that you are at least 18 years old (or enrolling with a parent or guardian's involvement if younger).
NCLEX Preparation cohort seats are reserved with a $299 deposit, which holds your seat in the next cohort and is applied toward your total tuition. Tuition for the NCLEX program is offered at three tiers:
All payments are processed through Stripe Payment Links hosted on Stripe's infrastructure. The card information you enter is collected by Stripe under its own security and privacy practices — ITASA does not see or store your card details. After successful payment, you will receive an emailed confirmation and a link to the Student Hub with your next steps.
The $299 reserve deposit is fully refundable through July 15, 2026. To request a refund of your deposit during this window, email lisa@innovationtrainingandstaffingagency.net with your name, enrollment email, and a short note requesting the refund. Approved deposit refunds typically process within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
After July 15, 2026, the deposit becomes non-refundable as it represents an applied credit toward the cohort seat. Tuition payments made beyond the deposit are reviewed on a case-by-case basis; we consider withdrawal requests received at least 14 days before the cohort start. Refund decisions for tuition payments after the cutoff are made at ITASA's discretion and depend on the specific circumstances.
If ITASA cancels a program for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid to date, with no administrative or processing fees withheld. Refunds for ITASA-initiated cancellations always process within 7 business days.
The NCLEX Preparation program totals 40 hours of instruction. The format is hybrid: live virtual weekly sessions conducted over a video conferencing platform, plus one in-person lab day at our Orlando, Florida facility. Recordings of every live session are made available to enrolled students for review.
Other programs vary in format — some are fully virtual, some are hybrid, and some are in-person at our Orlando facility. Specific program pages and your enrollment confirmation will identify the format and any in-person requirements. Attendance at required in-person lab days is the responsibility of the student; travel and lodging for in-person components are not included in tuition.
If you cannot attend a live session, you must review the recording. Program access (live sessions, recordings, the Student Hub, and any cohort resources) is provided for the duration of your cohort and for a reasonable review period after completion.
Participants in ITASA programs are expected to behave professionally toward instructors, classmates, and ITASA staff. This includes:
Failure to meet these expectations may result in removal from a live session, suspension of program access, or termination of enrollment without refund.
For NCLEX Preparation specifically: if you complete the program and sit for the NCLEX within 60 days of completion and do not pass, ITASA will provide a free re-seat in the next available cohort. The work of passing the exam remains yours; the second chance is ours. Travel and lodging for any in-person lab day during the re-seat cohort remain the responsibility of the student.
ITASA does not predict, guarantee, or warrant any specific outcome on the NCLEX or any other licensure exam, employment outcome, or career advancement. Statements about pass rates, instructor backgrounds, or program outcomes are descriptive and based on cohort history.
All course materials — slides, recordings, workbooks, practice questions, case studies, and assessments — are the intellectual property of ITASA or our instructors and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial educational use during your enrollment. You may not redistribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly post these materials. Brief, attributable excerpts in academic or personal review contexts are fine.
You retain ownership of your own notes, study materials, and personal work product created during the program.
ITASA provides supplemental nursing education and professional development. Our programs are designed to prepare and support you in your licensure journey and your clinical practice — they are not a guarantee of licensure, certification, employment, or any specific career outcome. Your success on the NCLEX, in job searches, and in clinical practice depends on many factors outside our curriculum.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ITASA's liability for any claim arising from your participation in a program or use of our website is limited to the amount you paid ITASA for the specific program at issue. ITASA is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost wages, lost employment opportunities, or lost licensure opportunities.
You agree not to misuse the ITASA website — for example, by attempting to access non-public areas, probing the site for vulnerabilities, scraping content at volume, interfering with other users' access, or uploading malicious code. We may suspend or block access to the site for users who violate these terms or whose usage patterns suggest automated abuse.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, your enrollment, or your use of ITASA services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to currently enrolled students by email. The current version applies to all use of our site and all enrollments going forward; if you do not agree to updated Terms, you may withdraw from a program per the Refund Policy above.
